ÅRL § 99 b omfatter virksomheder (med over 50 ansatte), der har pligt til at opstille måltal for andelen af det underrepræsenterede køn i det øverste ledelsesorgan og udarbejde politik for at øge det underrepræsenterede køn på virksomhedens øvrige ledelsesniveauer.

...ÅRL § 99 b: »The gender diversity in leadership positions overall at Novo Nordisk meets the Danish gender diversity requirements. At the end of 2023, 46% of leadership positions were filled by women, compared to 44% at the end of 2022. Within senior leadership, 41% positions were filled by women at the end of 2023, compared to 39% at the end of 2022.
